We have much to celebrate from the past 50 years, and many great things ahead. I hope you’ll pause to enjoy our accomplishments together as a CMC family. Then, join with your colleagues to learn about new opportunities as we work to become the most inclusive and innovative student-centered college in the nation!

Tentative Logistics:

  • Plan to arrive at Central Services at or before 11:30, check in
  • 11:45 – 12:00 Get dressed in MTB gear, load up
  • Depart Central Services by 12:00
  • Arrive Prince Creek parking area by 12:30
  • Stage bikes and gear 15 minutes
  • Ride time 12:45 – 4:00
  • Depart, guest attendees to CMC Spring Valley Campus to Room and Clean-up
  • Meet at Glenwood Adventure Parks for 6:30 dinner wave or earlier if we finish early

Ride Details:

1st Choice, Prince Creek has great climbing and fun downhill, it is less technical

2nd Choice, Red Hill is more technical but dries more quickly if Prince Creek is muddy:

Disclaimer:
Prince Creek and Red Hill are advanced cross-country mountain bike trails. The initial climbs are strenuous and technical. If you ride mountain bikes, expect similar terrain to Moab’s Hymasa/Captain Ahab, Fruita’s Kokopelli/Loma area  and Gunnison’s Hartman Rocks. Please be prepared with a well maintained bike, appropriate attire, helmet, water, a snack and a trail repair kit.
